Account Deletion

Product: BCL OneCampus ERP (Android package edu.onecampus.mobile)

Campus accounts are created and owned by your educational institution. BaseCode Labs processes deletion requests with the institution so academic and legal retention rules are respected.

1. Delete from the mobile app

Sign in to the student or staff app.
Open Profile.
Tap Delete account.
Submit the request (optional reason) or email support from the same screen.

2. Delete by email

Email contact@basecodelabs.com with subject Account deletion request, including your full name, institution, roll/employee ID, and registered email. Also inform your college administrator / ERP office.

3. What is deleted vs retained

Deleted / deactivated: login access, device sessions, push tokens, and personal profile fields where legally allowed.
May be retained: academic records, fee/payment history, examination data, and audit logs required by institutional or statutory policy.

4. Timeline

Requests are acknowledged within a reasonable period (typically within 7–14 business days). Final deletion or anonymisation depends on the institution’s confirmation and retention obligations.
